Autumn Equinox Gong Sound Bath at Monks Cottage Sanctuary

Join us for a blissful relaxation and sound journey experience.

This session will be using a combination of gongs plus various other supporting sound instruments to induce deep meditation and relaxation.

Sound Journey Meditation incorporates the use of sound which assists meditation and relaxation, which helps to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and improve overall wellness.

No Experience Required, all ages welcome, under 16's accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please wear comfortable loose clothing.
