Autumn Alchemy Women's Circle: Cacao, Alchemy Art Ritual & Sound Journey

Autumn Alchemy is a grounding, heart-opening evening for women who are ready to release what no longer serves them and to create space for clarity, steadiness, and deeper alignment.

As the leaves fall, nature shows us how to let go with grace. What falls away doesn’t disappear, it becomes compost for what will grow later. In the same way, what you release in this season becomes fertile ground for stronger boundaries, clearer values, and a more honest relationship with yourself.

This is a guided, supportive experience combining cacao ceremony, holistic healing arts, meditation, journalling, and sound. Designed to help you soften, reflect, and leave feeling lighter.

What the evening includes

• Opening grounding + meditation: We begin by grounding into the space, calling in intention and honouring the cyclical nature of transformation. This ceremonial opening creates safety, presence, and connection.
• Ceremonial cacao: We will share ceremonial cacao to open the heart and deepen our connection to ourselves and one another. Cacao supports emotional release, clarity, and gentle expansion.
• Guided meditation: A reflective meditation to help you tune inward, identify what you are ready to release, and connect with the deeper truth beneath the noise.
• Holistic healing arts Collage ritual: Through intuitive collage, you will symbolically release old stories, patterns, or energies and begin to visually anchor what you are calling in. No artistic experience needed — just openness and curiosity.
• Sound healing: We will close with immersive sound healing to support energetic integration, nervous system regulation, and restoration. Allow the vibrations to move what words cannot.

Autumn teaches us that letting go is not loss — it is preparation for renewal.

Cacao note

Ceremonial cacao contains natural stimulants and can be intense for some people. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have concerns related to blood pressure or medication, please check with your health professional first. You’re welcome to attend and choose a smaller serve or opt out.

Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to another person if you can’t attend. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact us with the new attendee’s name.
