Join us for the upcoming Auckland Complex & Specialised Asset Valuation Event

This CPD session will explore the valuation of complex and specialised assets in New Zealand, with a focus on prisons as a case study, alongside the growing influence of ESG considerations in the property and valuation industry.

The session will provide practical insights into valuation challenges where market evidence is limited, assets are highly specialised, and ESG factors increasingly affect risk, value, and decision-making.
