Spend the day, hearing directly from ownership, gaining a first-hand understanding of what it takes to acquire, own, and operate large scale (200+ units) apartment communities. In addition to the existing multifamily communities we'll visit, we'll visit two development sites: one a multifamily development in West Midtown and the other our 90 acre mixed-use community (on which we'll break ground just 2 weeks prior) in Chattahoochee Hills, GA, next to the wellness community Serenbe. You'll hear the developer's vision for this 115 home community with 50,000 sqft of retail, as well as a planned 80-key boutique inn.
