This is is a women centered movement experience designed to feel like a day party (without alcohol) and built around confidence, community, and care. This is not just a workout. This is a safe space to move your body freely, celebrate yourself, and connect with other women who understand the balance between strength, softness, and joy.

Replace liquor with hydration. Replace pressure with permission. Replace judgment with community.

THE EXPERIENCE

Expect a lively day party atmosphere complete with music and water-based activities. This event is designed as a women-first, body-positive environment, ensuring everyone feels welcome and empowered. We'll take deliberate hydration breaks and provide opportunities to reset in the shade. Dive into engaging Water Wars games, and enjoy the sense of community, confidence, and connection that comes with it all.
