Join us for a calming and creative afternoon of Art & Meditation, a guided experience designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect through intentional art-making.

Led by artist Janerae Fiore-Morrell and cohosted by Shelby Spinneweber, this meditative art session blends mindfulness, breath, and simple line work inspired by the Zentangle method. The focus is not on perfection or artistic skill, but on presence, process, and gentle creative flow.

This experience is accessible to all levels — no prior art or meditation experience is needed. You’ll be guided step-by-step using elemental strokes such as dots, lines, curves, and circles, allowing your nervous system to settle while your creativity unfolds naturally.
