What is Laughter Yoga? This is laughing on purpose with special exercises and with deep breathing

This popular course is ideal for individuals who are looking to expand their skills and bring more laughter into their lives and the lives of others, or simply learn the Laughter Yoga techniques for your health and happiness levels!

Some examples of past attendees: health professionals, NHS, Social Prescribers, life and happiness coaches, school teachers, Yoga teachers, public speakers, wellbeing professionals, and for private use to fulfil your self-care

It comprises two days of Laughter Yoga Leader Training to become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, as originally outlined by Dr. Madan Kataria, Founder of the Laughter Yoga Movement.

You will receive the following as part of your course package

Laughter Yoga Leader Manual, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Certificate, additional information which includes meditations, standard forms and research documents, mentoring and coaching (via email, WhatsApp, or a 20-minute 1-1), following the training to get you off to a good start along with optional Social Media group for Laughter Professionals.

Upon successful completion of the two days, you will receive the Certified Laughter Yoga Leader certificate, which will enable you to get appropriate insurance to run laughter workshops and allow you to call yourself a Laughter Yoga Leader.
