Antenatal classes 29 and 30 August 2026

The Maternity ward at Hôpital de La Tour offers antenatal classes to support you as much as possible during your pregnancy. We cover a wide range of topics, from giving birth and what to expect during labour and delivery, to looking after yourself and your newborn baby. Our classes also include physical exercise sessions and a tour of our maternity ward.

Please note that one registration is valid for one couple. Further details relating to these classes will be sent to you in a confirmation e-mail.

Times

Classes take place over the week-end at the following times :

Saturday: from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

Sunday: from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

Place

Parking : Free B11 parking during classes

Meeting point: Building B11, in front of the the main reception

Classes: 3rd floor, Department of cardio-respiratory physiotherapy, rue de Veyrot 39, 1217 Meyrin

Price

350 CHF. The invoice will be sent to after the classes.

Basic health insurance pays up to 150 CHF of the total cost of classes relating to the birth of a child. Please contact your complementary health insurance provider for information about coverage and reimbursement of the difference.

Given the limited number of spaces available , we would be grateful if you could please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance sent by email to coursmaternite@latour.ch. Failing this the cost of the class will be charged in full.
