Exhibitors:

• Please visit the Exhibitor Page on our website.
• Booth spots will be assigned in order of purchase.
• Exhibit Booths consist of a 10′ x 10′ area. Optional pipe and drape, a 8′ x 30” table (2 for Corners), 2 chairs, and two (2) Exhibitor badges per booth. Table covers not included.
• Up to 2 Extra Badges may be purchased per booth.

Exhibitor Refund Policy

• This listing is only for Exhibitors purchasing 2026 booths that were in the 2025 show. If you were not in the 2025 show, you MUST go through the pre-screening process opening in September. If you purchase a booth and were not in our 2025 show you will NOT be refunded or accepted.
• Full refunds or credits are available until August 13, 2025.
• 50% refunds or credits are available until January 1, 2026.
• 50 % credits are available until April 1, 2026.
• There are no refunds or credits after May 1, 2026.
• Please contact the Vendor Relations at vendors@animematsuri.com for all refund requests.

Kabukicho Exhibitors (18+ content)

• Booth spots will be assigned in order of purchase.
• All Exhibit Booths in Kabukicho are corner booths that consist of a 10′ x 10′ area. Optional pipe and drape, two 8′ x 30” tables, 2 chairs, and two (2) Exhibitor badges per booth.
• Up to 2 Extra Badges may be purchased per booth.

Kabukicho Exhibitor Refund Policy

• This listing is only for Kabukicho Exhibitors purchasing 2026 booths that were in the 2025 show. If you were not in the 2024 show, you MUST go through the pre-screening process opening in September. If you purchase a booth and were not in our 2024 show you will NOT be refunded or accepted.
• Full refunds or credits are available until August 13, 2025.
• 50% refunds or credits are available until January 1, 2026.
• 50 % credits are available until April 1, 2026.
• There are no refunds or credits after May 1, 2026

Food Vendors

• The Food Festival is currently slated for July 23-25, 2026 in Discovery Green.
• There will be no vendors on Avenida for 2026
