Lorie will be our featured speaker, sharing reflections from her decades in journalism, in conversation with our new CEO, Jamie Self.

Lorie’s remarkable career, which includes 25 years at the Union-Tribune, a Harvard Nieman Fellowship and a bold adventure into nonprofit news, is a powerful reminder of the vital role local investigative reporting plays in strengthening our community and democracy. Her work inspires us as we look toward the future.
