If you have selected a package which includes a photograph a Professionally taken 6x9 print will be included. If you wish to upgrade to a frame this will incur an on the night fee of £20.

Dietary requirements:

The meal included will be A Chicken Dinner or a Vegetarian option.

Seating Arrangements:

If you would like to sit with your friends please make sure you book under the same name, this will automatically sit you together. Any requests can be directed to info@heroesandlegendsevents.com and although we cannot guarantee a request we will do our best to accommodate them.

Ticket Grades:

If you purchase different graded tickets together then you will be sat on a table without the lower grade purchased. For example if you purchase a gold and a silver ticket together then you would be sat on a table with the silver tickets.

Refunds:

A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold. The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days.If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date.

Special Requirements:

It is paramount to Heroes & Legends that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.

Speakers:

In the unlikely event that the guest speaker can no longer make the date we will find a suitable replacement date and you will be offered 24 hours to agree to take a refund or move your ticket over to the future date. After 24 Hours you will automatically have taken the option to have a new tickets to a new date.

Communication:

We love to keep you updated on the event and will contact you via the email you register with. Your tickets will be sent to this email and we will inform you of any changes so please ensure you enter your email correctly. If you do not receive your tickets after purchase please email info@heroesandlegendsevents.com
