Join Iv Amenti on Thursdays at 7pm for “AfroYogaRobics”, a 5-week, soul-filled fusion of West African dance, Hatha yoga, and aerobics! This movement experience grounds, elevates, and expands your body with a unique blend of movement modalities that will have you leaving it all on the dance floor!!!
