Aerial Sound Bath & Gentle Yin Yoga Flow: Edinburgh, 6th June, 12.45-2.15

This gently restorative workshop blends aerial yin yoga with an immersive live sound bath, offering supported movement and deep rest.

We begin with a slow, grounding yin flow, using the aerial hammock to support long-held, comfortable stretches. Live sound accompanies the movement, helping to calm the nervous system and encourage relaxation.

In the final part of the session, movement fades as you settle fully into the silks for a complete aerial sound bath, allowing you to rest deeply while cocooned and supported.

Suitable for anyone with a standard range of movement.
No previous aerial or sound bath experience is required.
