Nora Fraser (She/Her) is an inspiring Global People & Culture Leader and visionary founder of The Multicultural Professional Network. With extensive experience across both private and public sectors, Nora has implemented key diversity and inclusion programmes for global organisations in Australia, Europe, and the UK. Her leadership success is rooted in her ability to connect, influence, and inspire, driven by a compelling vision and the courage to challenge the status quo.

Beyond her work with The MPN, Nora actively supports diversity and inclusion-focused organisations and serves as a mentor to emerging professionals in the field. As a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, she is committed to helping organisations build more inclusive and equitable cultures.

ImpactSphere

During this session, we will introduce ImpactSphere, The Multicultural Professional Network’s platform for measuring public good. We will discuss how MPN aims to advance inclusive leadership and drive equitable change through diversity, collaboration, and measurable social value.

DEIB Discussion

This event will explore the evolving landscape of DEIB in the workplace. The conversation around diversity and inclusion has never been more important.
