Perfect for gifting or celebrating together, we’re excited to host a memorable way to raise a glass to the moms in your life! Kick off Mother’s Day festivities in sparkling style with thoughtfully paired courses featuring world-class Champagnes from Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, and Ruinart as you discover the history, style, and craftsmanship beyond the bubbles.

As you relax and taste your way through a menu of celebration-worthy courses from lobster to rich chocolate cake, we’ll get to know some of the stories behind some of our favorite Champagnes. Veuve Clicquot, for example, was the first Champagne house owned by a woman and a mother, Barbe-Nicole Clicquot, despite the hardships of the Napoleonic Wars. You’ll get to learn more about her daring plight to save the winery to support her daughter, and how that led to the legendary bubbles we’ll sip with filet mignon in class.

You will be served dinner and Champagne pairings, but you will not be cooking in this class.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
