A Spring Reset: Vision + Action Board Workshop

This is a calm, guided Vision and Action Board workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and intentionally decide what you’re growing into this spring.

A workshop facilitated by Bex, a photographer and creative facilitator who works with reflection, storytelling and intentional visual processes.

We’ll begin with gentle journaling and reflection, followed by a short, accessible introduction to how the brain responds to visual intention and clarity.

You’ll then create your own vision board, focusing not just on what you want, but on what will actually support you getting there, including clear actions, healthy boundaries and meaningful support.

This isn’t about manifesting or forcing change. It’s about working with your nervous system, the season you’re in, and creating direction that feels grounded and achievable.

You’ll leave with:
– A completed physical vision board
– Clear next steps, boundaries and support points
– A digital take-home vision board template to continue the work
