Join us in the historic Reading Room of the Arlington Baths for a 90-minute soundbath of deep rest and resonance. Surrounded by gentle light, you’ll be immersed in live acoustic sound - gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells.

A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness.

This event is open to all. No experience necessary.

Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance but the invitation is simply to rest.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them - we have a few spares. Warm layers or socks are recommended.

Doors close at 2:05pm and late entry is not possible.

We offer sliding scale pricing: £30 / £25 / £20 - all tickets offer the same experience - choose the price that feels right for you.
