A Ritual of Presence: Soundbath at Pollokshields Burgh Hall

Join us for A Ritual of Presence in the beautiful Maxwell Hall at Pollokshields Burgh Hall. A 90-minute immersive live soundbath using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and bells.

This is a gentle evening of rest in one of Glasgow’s most striking halls, offering space to slow down, soften, and return to stillness.

Before the soundbath, there is an optional Vinyasa yoga class with Lesley McKeren, taking place downstairs in the lower hall from 6:30–7:30pm. This is ideal for those who wish to arrive at the soundbath already grounded through movement.

This event is open to all and no prior experience is needed.

Many people find soundbaths supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance, but the invitation is simply to rest.

Practical information

• There is plenty of on-street parking available nearby
• The hall is wheelchair accessible, please get in touch if you have any access needs
• Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you have them, a limited number of spares are available
• Warm layers or socks are recommended
• Bringing a water bottle is optional

Doors close at 7:35pm and late entry will not be possible, please arrive in good time.

Sliding scale tickets are available at £30 / £25 / £20. All tickets offer the same experience, please choose the price that feels right for you.
