8 Week Spouse Loss Group

This is an 8-week group beginning February 2nd and meeting weekly on Mondays from 1:00–2:30 PM, with the final session taking place March 23rd.

The group provides a safe, compassionate space for individuals grieving the loss of a spouse or partner. Participants can share their experiences, receive emotional support, and learn coping strategies alongside others who understand the unique challenges of this type of loss.

The group focuses on:

• Navigating the emotional impact of losing a spouse
• Adjusting to changes in daily life and identity
• Building resilience and finding hope for the future
• Creating connections with others who share similar experiences

Facilitated by trained grief professionals, the group offers both discussion and practical tools for healing.

Cost: $10 per session or $80 total. Scholarships are available when needed.
