7 in 7 Danceathon for MND 2026

Get ready to move, groove, and make a difference! Join us for a fun-filled and heartwarming Danceathon – the 7 in 7 Hour Challenge, where you can dance for an important cause and support an incredible family in need. All dance abilities welcomed!

On the day, participants can take part in an exciting 7 hour dance marathon! Whether you choose to dance 1 class or 2, 4, 5 classes or take on the full 7-hour challenge, your efforts will go a long way in supporting this great cause. Tickets are £7 per class or just £35 for the full day.*

Every move you make helps raise funds to support the MND Association and Paul Abram and his family. Paul is a devoted father, husband, and son, who has recently been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

MND is a devastating, degenerative illness that has already begun to impact Paul's daily life. As the disease progresses, the Abram family needs to make major adjustments to their home to ensure Paul can continue to live comfortably and safely with his young children.

You can join the danceathon by paying for an hour** of dancing or, if you’re feeling up for it, sign up for the full 7-hour experience or anywhere inbetween.

Every penny counts in making sure the Abram family gets the support they deserve during this incredibly challenging time.

In addition to the dancing, we’ll have an array of refreshments available throughout the event, including a delicious cake stall, where you can grab a treat or two while enjoying the lively atmosphere.

NB: Please note, due to capacity limitations, only those particpating in the classes can attend on the day.

Each child's ticket (under 18) must be purchased with a paying adult ticket.
