4th Annual Pacific Northwest Women's Competition & Empowerment Workshop

PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 8:15-8:45AM TO CHECK IN

This workshop is a great opportunity for al l women competitors to come together to learn, connect and network with industry pros, leaders and new and veteran competitors.

We will cover:

Judging criteria for all divisions

Posing demos by the pros

Veteran Hour (Focus group for seasoned competitors)

What to expect at a show and How a show is run

Image: Tanning, make up and hair

Training & Nutrition tips

Mindset training

Breaskout sessions

Q & As with the Pros

Group Posing session

This will include a Sponsored SWAG bags for each attendee

Dress comfortably. Bring water and your heels.

Lunch will be provided: Chicken breast, rice and broccoli

Outside food or drink (besides water) is not allowed within the ballroom so if you bring a meal, please eat outside of the ballroom

Self-parking is available in our P2 and P3 garage.

To get there:

1. Enter the property and head towards the main entrance.
2. On the far-left side, there’s a ramp leading downwards.
3. Continue to the left, and you will see a large black gate on the left side. This gate will be open for the event.
4. You can park anywhere inside the gate on levels P2 or P3.

Once parked:

1. Take the elevator up to the *L – Lobby
2. The meeting space is located behind the front desk, next to the restaurant.
3. Directional signs in the lobby will guide your attendees to the Ballroom.
