Join us for a very special evening as we celebrate three transformative years of Farhad Khan Sound at Mount Seymour United.
This milestone gathering invites you to experience the deep peace, connection, and renewal that have become the heart of these community sound journeys.

Farhad will guide you through a deeply restorative meditation and sound bath, weaving together the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and chimes. Let the resonant vibrations wash over you—calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and bringing harmony to body and mind.

These immersive sessions are designed to nurture relaxation, enhance focus, and support emotional balance, creating a sanctuary of serenity within.

No prior experience is needed—this practice is open and accessible to all. Whether seated or lying down, you are invited to simply relax, breathe, and allow the healing frequencies of sound to support your well-being.

This event is held in the main sanctuary at Mount Seymour United, located in North Vancouver. As there is seating for ~300 people, you are welcome to sit in the seats provided. You may also lay on the floor in designated areas upon your arrival. We recommend you bring a yoga mat if you choose to lie down. Other suggested props to bring for added comfort: pillow(s), eye mask, blanket, bolster. Please wear comfortable clothes (layers). No yoga attire required.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking available out front.
Time: Event starts at 7:00pm. Doors will open at 6:40pm.
