The 28th Annual Children’s Neuroscience Symposium will host some of the most respected and renowned experts in the field on April 10, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Symposium provides an evidence-based approach in the latest advances in what participants need to know in the assessment and management of complex neurological conditions, offering participants an opportunity to hear from experts on how they manage complex neurological patients. Discussed throughout the conference is the importance of the primary care provider's role alongside the specialist in providing the most comprehensive continuum of care.


SYMPOSIUM FACULTY

Hear from are some of the most respected experts in the field who will provide these crucial updates in the treatment of the complex neuro-patient and how these advances directly relate to the care received from their primary care provider.


COURSE OBJECTIVES

Our goal is to improve the knowledge of primary care clinicians, so they are better equipped to provide accurate assessments and management of care, facilitate their interactions with the specialist and improve overall care to this group of patients.

Upon conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Employ new abilities and strategies to diagnose, manage and treat complex neurological patients using the most relevant, up-to-date clinical information.
  • Integrate up-to-date information and research to determine the best course of action for treatment of neurological conditions.
  • Improve patient care outcomes for children with complex neurological conditions.
  • Counsel patients and families on short-term and long-term prognoses and treatment options for a variety of neurological conditions in the pediatric population.

This course is designed for the primary care provider, advanced practice provider, nursing staff, clinical research scientists and those wanting a better understanding of the presented clinical information.

GROUP 1: Physicians and PhD Scientists
GROUP 2: Advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, therapists, allied health, and research associates.
GROUP 3: Students of these professions and community members.


STANDARD PRICING

Group 1: $120

Group 2: $80

Group 3: $24

The cost of registration includes: tuition, CME certificate (In-person price includes: breakfast, lunch, refreshments during the meeting and Friday's reception). Net proceeds from this Symposium will go to support Barrow at Phoenix Children’s Neuroscience General Program Fund #1043.

The full fee is payable upon registration.

COURSE CREDITS

The Annual Children’s Neuroscience Symposium is an accredited program designed to enhance the practitioner’s knowledge of common and complex pediatric neurological disorders, including presenting signs and symptoms, recommendations for specialist consultation and new treatment advances.

ACCREDITATION/ COURSE CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT

This activity is being planned in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

An application to provide continuing medical education is being submitted with The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson office of continuing medical education. The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
