Case Presentations and Research Presentations:

Our meetings have a major focus on case and research presentations. Please consider submitting a presentation for consideration. Submissions are open to all healthcare professionals and researchers. Submissions from junior researchers, resident doctors, nursing and allied healthcare professionals are encouraged. Submission requires a 100 word summary via the form below. The deadline for submission is Friday, 20th February 2026

Travel bursaries:

Travel bursaries are available for the 2026 UK HIV and the CNS meeting. We have six places for healthcare professionals based in the UK or Ireland (entire island of Ireland) who require to travel more than 100 miles outside of London from their usual workplace to attend the meeting. The award will be up to £250 for travel and accommodation for one night. Please use the link below to submit an application and provide justification. These bursaries will be awarded to eligible individuals on a first come, first served basis, we envisage will be fully subscribed quickly.
