This challenging practice of 108 Sun Salutations will be facilitated in mantra and asana repetition, to honour the shift in seasonal energy, but also to honour our own personal energetic shift and perspective on seasonal changes.

Making appropriate adjustments to our practice, lifestyle and diet, supporting our body's natural rhythms and maintaining a sense of balance and well-being for the months ahead.

The number 108 is revered in many spiritual traditions, and is used in mantra repetition to acknowledge the cyclical nature of the Earth and to express gratitude for the changing seasons.
